Ana Gonzales bio

Ana Gonzalez de Jorgenson comes from a family with a strong musical background. The majority of her childhood was spent listening to classical music, old boleros, and the traditional romantic and ranchero ballads. Ana is an avid fan of Tangos. Additionally, she enjoys operas as well as any theatrical performance. Ana began learning and singing music with her mother, then began more intense singing training when she was 16 with renowned Mexican Tenor Flavio Becerra. In the School of Music of Guadalajara University as well as the School of Sacred Music of Toluca in Mexico continued her music education. In Guadalajara along with Mexico City, she was part of a variety of opera ensembles as well as chamber groups. After 2000, she emigrated back to the United States and sang with the Fort Lauderdale Symphony Chorus. Later, in 2007, she returned to her new home in Southern California. The singer currently sings classic Latin American songs at private concerts as a singer. As an instructor and performer in the local area and instructor, her passion for arts and music keeps her active in a variety of projects. Ana is also an ex-member of the Community Chorus of Redlands. The Inland Master Chorale. and the Performance Loft. Ana enjoys singing traditional Latin American songs and hopes that she can inspire other people to follow in her footsteps.
